1. Data Privacy
Your data is protected by us and is only used for order processing and for advertising in our own name. You can demand information about your data as well as their change, correction or deletion from us at any time.
2. Display of Clothes and Textiles in the Shop
We would like to point out that the actual colour of the pieces may slightly vary from the colours displayed in the shop due to photographic lighting sources and the screen you are viewing the products on.
3. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
4. Right To Return Items (Right of Withdrawal)
We comply with EU’s distance selling laws. You have the right to return products for any reason by contacting us within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment you receive a product. Prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you have only worn the goods to try them on, as in a retail store, and that you return the goods complete and undamaged. Personalized goods, like garments that have been made or altered to your specification cannot be returned at all.
5. Terms of Delivery
The shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. In Switzerland and Liechtenstein the goods will be sent by Die Post. To all other countries shipping is through international postal services. The delivery times depend on the destination country. Tracking codes are provided if available. If a product is missing, the customer will be informed immediately.
6. Prices
All prices are net prices in Swiss francs (CHF). Prices and product range are subject to change without notice. For deliveries to countries outside of Switzerland, import duties may apply, which the customer must bear. These vary in different customs areas. The customer is responsible for the proper payment of the necessary customs duties and fees. Import duties are not shipping costs.
7. Payment
Goods are paid for during the checkout process through PayPal. Payments with credit cards are processed by PayPal but do not need a PayPal account.
8. Changes and Additions
Anna Iris expressly reserves the right to adapt these General Terms and Conditions of Business to new circumstances at any time and to apply them immediately.
